The 3M™ Green Corps™ Flex Grinding Wheel 66590 measures 7 inches in diameter, 1/8 inch in thickness, and has a 7/8 inch arbor hole, classified as type 27, with a ceramic abrasive grain and 36 grit. This 1/8 inch thick resin-bonded wheel is designed for grinding and stock removal, engineered to produce less vibration than conventional grinding wheels, enhancing overall operator experience. It contains 3M™ ceramic abrasive grain with a unique Stay Sharp crystalline structure that continuously generates fresh cutting edges on the workpiece surface for fast, uniform cutting action, improving productivity and throughput. The ceramic grain is durable and suitable for medium to high pressure production environments, providing long service life. The wheel is intended for use in edge beveling, edge chamfering, gate removal, grinding, plate grinding, and right angle grinding within the metal fabrication industry. These wheels must not be used on tools without guards. Warranty terms are provided by 3M.
