The 3M™ Green Corps™ grinding wheel 66588 measures 4-1/2" x 1/8" x 7/8" with a Type 27 configuration and is made with 36 grit ceramic abrasive grain. This resin-bonded, 1/8 inch thick flexible grinding wheel is designed for grinding and stock removal and produces less vibration than conventional grinding wheels, enhancing operator comfort. It features 3M™ ceramic abrasive grain with a Stay Sharp crystalline structure that continuously generates fresh cutting edges, resulting in fast, uniform cutting action and improved durability suitable for medium to high pressure production environments. The wheel is intended for use in edge beveling, edge chamfering, gate removal, grinding, plate grinding, and right angle grinding within metal fabrication industries. These wheels must not be used on tools without guards.
