The 3M™ Green Corps™ grinding wheel 66589 measures 4-1/2" x 1/8" x 7/8" with a T27 shape and utilizes ceramic grain with 36 grit for effective grinding and stock removal. This 1/8 inch thick resin-bonded wheel is engineered to produce less vibration than conventional grinding wheels, enhancing operator comfort. It features 3M™ ceramic abrasive grain with a unique Stay Sharp crystalline structure that continually generates fresh cutting edges, providing fast, uniform cutting action and increased productivity. The ceramic grain tolerates medium to high pressure production environments, offering long service life. The wheel is suited for applications such as edge beveling, edge chamfering, gate removal, plate grinding, right angle grinding, and metal fabrication. It should only be used on tools equipped with guards. This product complies with relevant industry safety standards and is designed specifically for metal fabrication tasks.
