The 3M™ Green Corps™ grinding wheel 66587 measures 4-1/2" x 1/8" x 7/8" with a T27 shape and features a ceramic grain with 36 grit. This flexible grinding wheel is 1/8 inch thick and resin-bonded, designed for grinding and stock removal with reduced vibration compared to conventional wheels, enhancing operator comfort. It contains 3M™ ceramic abrasive grain with a unique Stay Sharp crystalline structure that continuously produces fresh cutting edges, ensuring fast, uniform cutting and improved productivity. The ceramic grain is durable and can withstand medium to high pressure production environments, contributing to a long service life. The wheel is suitable for use in applications such as edge beveling, edge chamfering, gate removal, grinding, plate grinding, and right angle grinding within metal fabrication industries.
