Our DRIFIRE FR Control™ is built to tackle both hot and cold temperatures, featuring a flame resistant base layer that incorporates advanced fabric technology to actively respond to varying conditions and assist in regulating body temperature. It has an arc rating of 4 cal/cm² and falls under Category 1. The fabric material used is 5.5 oz. FR Control 2.0™, which is inherently flame resistant and will not wash or wear out. This product includes segmented FR reflective trim, proactively regulates skin temperature within +/- 3 degrees, and includes odor control technology. The tagless shirt collar enhances comfort, while the moisture-wicking and breathable high stretch fabric offers superior comfort, reducing perspiration by as much as 34%. It is also available without reflective trim and is made in the USA. The kit complies with several standards, including NFPA 70E, ANSI/ISEA 107 Type R Class 2, CSA Z462, ASTM F1506, and OSHA 1910.269.
