The 3M™ TB Quat Disinfectant Ready-to-Use Cleaner is a one-step cleaner and disinfectant that effectively eliminates a broad spectrum of pathogenic microorganisms, including COVID-19, with a kill time of 60 seconds as formally tested and approved by the US EPA for the SARS-CoV-2 virus (EPA Reg No. 1839-83). This product is a general, non-acid, non-abrasive cleaner that cleans, deodorizes, and disinfects in one application. It is suitable for use on hard, nonporous surfaces such as floors, walls, metal surfaces, stainless steel surfaces, glazed porcelain, glazed ceramic tile, and plastic surfaces. The cleaner employs diethylene glycol butyl ether as its chemical compound, addressing various dirt types including bacteria, dust, germs, grease, grime, herpes I and II, HIV-1, MRSA, VRE, and other viruses along with water-based soil.
