The cooling vest kit includes a vest made with a modacrylic cotton blend fire-resistant (FR) fabric that meets ASTM F1506 performance requirements with an Arc Thermal Protective Value (ATPV) rating of 7.1 cal/cm², classified as Hazard Risk Category 1 (HRC1) per NFPA 70E. It features a patented Honeycomb ice pack design which eliminates stiffness and maintains a constant temperature of 64°F / 18°C for up to 4 hours, with pack recharge capability in as little as 10 minutes. The vest is designed with adjustable hook and loop closures on both shoulders and the waist, and it offers an extended surface area to enhance cooling power. Additionally, it includes two elastic pen loops on the chest for convenient storage.
