The cooling vest maintains a constant temperature of 64°F / 18°C for up to 4 hours and features a patented honeycomb ice pack design that eliminates stiffness, allowing for greater flexibility and comfort. The vest is constructed from a modacrylic cotton blend FR fabric, which meets ASTM F1506 performance requirements with an Arc Thermal Performance Value (ATPV) rating of 7.1 cal/cm², classified as Hazard Risk Category 1 (HRC1) per NFPA 70E standards. Its adjustable hook and loop closures on both the shoulders and waist ensure a secure fit, while the extended surface area of the vest enhances its cooling capabilities. Additionally, the vest includes two elastic pen loops on the chest for convenience. The packs can recharge in as little as 10 minutes, providing quick access to cooling relief.
