The DDTM-8052-HD heavy-duty downdraft table is designed for large manufacturing facilities requiring a clean production environment. It features a spacious working area of 78" x 52" and comes equipped with standard components such as a HEPA filter, fire-resistant cartridge filter, spark-arresting metallic pre-filter, Magnehelic gauge, hinged side walls with back wall, work light, auxiliary 110V and air tool outlets, a 12" overhang, casters, and leveling feet. This table is CSAus listed and enables 100% tool-free cleaning and filter maintenance/changes. The air pulse cleaning function activates when flow is restricted, allowing users to backflush the cartridge filter using an internal air tank without disassembling the unit. The DDTM-8052-HD operates under the OSHA decibel limit, eliminating the need for hearing protection, and the HEPA filter meets OSHA standards for equipment venting back into occupied spaces. It arrives fully assembled, requiring only wiring to begin use. The maximum table load capacity is 1764 lbs (800 kgs) evenly distributed, with concentrated weight limits detailed for varying percentages of the table surface: at 10% it supports 221 lbs (100 kgs), at 20% it supports 441 lbs (200 kgs), at 30% it supports 661 lbs (300 kgs), at 40% it supports 882 lbs (400 kgs), at 50% it supports 1102 lbs (500 kgs), at 60% it supports 1323 lbs (600 kgs), at 70% it supports 1543 lbs (700 kgs), and at 80% it supports 1764 lbs (800 kgs).
