The ATM-27-1900 tapping arm is designed to assist employees in performing repetitious work with an ergonomic design that helps protect against injuries associated with such tasks. Its double articulated arm provides a reach of 75 inches, while the sturdy cast iron swing arm connects to the base via a hardened and ground shaft featuring a leveling system. The twin parallel arms are constructed from heavy gauge aluminum tubing, effectively neutralizing vibration and torque reaction. Included in the kit is a pneumatic motor that operates at 220 RPM and features six different tap holders, specifically for sizes 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 5/8", 3/4", and 7/8". The air tapping spindle work range measures from 7.8 inches to 74.8 inches, and the dual stretch arm is designed with a slanted arm for increased reach. Additionally, a table mount system with an adjustable spindle mount allows for variable degree tapping. An optional work cart can be used to enhance mobility, enabling the unit to be utilized anywhere in the shop.
