The Ergodyne® Chill-Its® 6717 evaporative cooling hard hat pad with neck shade is designed to enhance comfort and protection for wearers in hot environments. This solid blue pad features lightweight, cooling acrylic polymers and hook & loop closures for a secure fit. It effectively protects the neck from harmful UV rays and conveniently attaches to the hard hat suspension system. To activate the cooling effect, simply soak the pad in water for 2-5 minutes; it remains hydrated for up to 4 hours and can be reactivated by re-soaking. The product is available in one size to fit most hard hats.
