Delrin® sheets and Delrin rods share many characteristics with industrial metals such as brass, aluminum, zinc, and stainless steel, as they are composed of Delrin plastic, a homopolymer acetal (POM). Typical properties of this material include stiffness, dimensional stability, impact resistance, and structural strength. Delrin® 150 is recognized as the standard general-purpose, unfilled acetal grade, offering the best impact toughness among all unfilled Delrin products. Delrin rods are available in standard lengths of 10 feet, with a maximum length of 10 feet.
