This original Jet metal retainer is designed to secure the Acme nut and button in the lead screw bracket of various bandsaw models. It is compatible with Jet J-7020 (414472) 10"x16" Horizontal Bandsaw, J-7020M (414474) 10"x16" Miter Cut-Off Bandsaw, J-7040 (414478) 10"x16" Horizontal Bandsaw, J-7040M (414475) 10"x16" Miter Cut-Off Band Saw, J-7040M-4 (414484) 10"x16" Miter Cut-Off Band Saw, 7020 (9078341) Horizontal Cut-Off Bandsaw, 7014 Band Saw, and 7040 (9078341) Horizontal Cut-Off Bandsaw. Although sold individually, two retainers are required for proper installation. Replacement is facilitated with the use of a screwdriver and a pair of pliers.
