It includes perforated neoprene and spandex mesh in the elbow crease for enhanced breathability. This ambidextrous support incorporates a binding and pre-curve design, along with an adjustable hook and loop strap for a secure fit, and is available in black. To find the right size, measure around the widest area of the forearm just below the elbow while in a relaxed position. For best fit, the elbow support should sit about 2-3 finger widths below the elbow crease; size medium fits elbows measuring 10-11 inches.
