This is a genuine JET and Wilton replacement part designed for use in utility vises. The spindle nut, made out of metal, attaches to the spindle and may require a set of pliers for installation. It is sold as an individual replacement part and should be replaced if it breaks. This spindle nut is compatible with the JET 648B HD utility vise (before 2000) and the 648A HD utility vise (after 2000).
