The Slant Fin 8' Hydronic Complete Baseboard 30 Series is designed for high-quality installations in homes, apartments, and light commercial applications. This baseboard heater includes a robust galvanized steel enclosure with a Nu-White powder coat finish that resists rust. It features uniquely engineered support brackets for enhanced strength, an accommodating return line, and flared element tubes that facilitate the joining of sections. The design promotes effective convection heating with a 1-3/4" floor-to-front cover opening that enhances air circulation. The fully modulating, pivot-mounted damper allows for precise control of individual room temperatures, delivering 580 BTU/linear ft. when using 180°F water at 1 GPM. The heater operates with hot water heating systems and includes no-noise, self-adjusting plastic expansion cradles that eliminate metal-to-metal contact. A high-performance heating element with double bent aluminum fins contributes to its efficiency. The dimensions of the unit are 2-11/16"D x 7-7/8"H. Optional accessories available separately include hinged right-hand and left-hand end caps, snap-on wall trim, splice plates, 90° inside and outside corners, 135° inside corners, 7" filler sleeves, and dummy enclosures.
