This genuine item is supplied directly from the original equipment manufacturer for use with Powermatic cutterhead planers. The oil seal, made out of plastic, attaches to the gearbox and requires replacement if damaged, possibly needing a screwdriver for installation. It is available as an individual replacement part and is compatible with the Jet 15S (1791210) 15" spiral cutterhead planer and the 15HH (1791213) 15" helical cutterhead planer.
