Wheaton® 20mm seal features an open top hole cap made of unlined aluminum in green. The unlined aluminum seal allows for direct exposure of the top of the rubber septum to a syringe. Compatible rubber septa, available for separate purchase, include formulations made of gray butyl, natural rubber, and silicone. This aluminum seal can be securely attached to a serum bottle or vial using a crimper and can be easily removed with a decapper.
