The Wheaton® 20mm seal features an open top hole cap made from unlined aluminum in red. This unlined aluminum seal allows direct exposure of the rubber septum to the syringe, facilitating efficient access. Compatible rubber septa, which include formulations of gray butyl, natural rubber, and silicone, are available for separate purchase. The aluminum seal is designed to be securely attached to a serum bottle or vial using a crimper, and can be conveniently removed with a decapper. This product provides reliable sealing and is suitable for various laboratory applications.
