The Duran® 4-port assembled HPLC cap, GL-45, crafted from polypropylene, is designed as part of a flexible modular system. This GL45 screw cap, compatible with a GL14 thread, accommodates four different hose diameters of 1.6mm, 3mm, 3.2mm, and 6mm, allowing for versatile applications. It enables sterile pressure equalization through the inclusion of a membrane filter and operates effectively within a temperature range of -40°C to 140°C. The kit comprises one GL45 screw cap, four silicone sealing rings with an inner diameter (I.D.) of 1.6 mm, four silicone sealing rings with an I.D. of 3.2 mm, four silicone seals, and four M8 adapters for the ports. The design of the GL45 screw cap allows for configurations with either two or three ports, enhancing its functionality.
