Kimble® KIMAX® Class B burets are designed for use in general purpose volumetric analysis and titrations where Class B tolerances are suitable. This kit includes a funnel fill style buret replacement with a 2 mm straight bore PTFE stopcock plug (part number 821001-0002). The burets feature an easy-to-read durable black ceramic enamel scale, in accordance with ASTM method D974, and are manufactured to meet the specifications outlined in ASTM E694. They are calibrated to adhere to the accuracy requirements specified in ASTM E542. Constructed from 33 expansion, low extractable borosilicate glass, these burets comply with USP Type I and ASTM E438, Type I, Class A standards. Please note that this product can expose users to chemicals, including tetrafluoroethylene, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer, as indicated by Proposition 65.
