The Kimble® KIMAX® volumetric flask features a snap cap and is calibrated to contain with a supplied polyethylene snap cap. The replacement cap is designated as 28150R and is designed per ASTM specification E288, Class A requirements. This flask is manufactured from 33 expansion, low extractable borosilicate glass, conforming to USP Type I and ASTM E438, Type I Class A requirements.
