The hydrometers measure 300mm (12") in length and feature a lead-free ballast and glass construction, compliant with the standards set by the Bureau of Internal Revenue, U.S. Treasury Department. The tolerances for these hydrometers adhere to the guidelines outlined in Circular 555 of the National Bureau of Standards, with each unit individually serialized for testing. The temperature standardization is 60°F (15°C), and each hydrometer is hand inspected by our U.S. Quality Team.
