Available in a variety of models measuring Baume of syrups and other liquids heavier than water in various ranges from 0° to 70°, these plain form hydrometers are used in the chemistry, pharmacology, food and beverage, and starch industries, among others. Each hydrometer is 300mm (12") long, features a lead-free ballast and glass, and is individually serialized for quality assurance. The hydrometers are designed with a temperature standardization of 60°F (15°C) and are hand inspected by our U.S. quality team. They are packaged with a multi-language statement of accuracy, available in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish, indicating accuracy traceable to NIST. Note: Hydrometers should be stored in a clean, dry, safe place, and should not be subjected to extreme temperatures.
