Available in a variety of models measuring Baume of syrups and other liquids heavier than water in ranges from 0° to 70°, these plain form hydrometers are utilized across various industries including chemistry, pharmacology, food and beverage, and starch. Each hydrometer is 300mm (12 inches) long and features a lead-free ballast and glass construction. They are individually serialized and undergo hand inspection by our U.S. quality team to ensure quality. The temperature standardization is set at 60°F (15°C), and they are packaged with a multi-language statement of accuracy that indicates traceable accuracy to NIST, available in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish. Note that hydrometers should be stored in a clean, dry, safe place, and should not be subjected to extreme temperatures.
