Digital thermometers are designed to verify sample temperatures in freezers, refrigerators, incubators, and ovens, ensuring accurate temperature readings without sample contamination through the use of an included filled bottle that mimics the sample. Each model is accompanied by accredited calibration documentation that complies with ISO 17025 standards and is tested and calibrated in H-B's exclusive triple accredited/registered ISO/IEC 17025:2017, A2LA accredited laboratory (Cert #2448.01), utilizing equipment with calibration traceable to NIST. The kit includes multi-language instructions in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish, and each product is individually serialized and CE marked. It's important to note that plastic bottles specified in the accompanying table are not suitable for use in ovens, and the glass bottle and cap that come with indicated products should not be exposed to temperatures exceeding 200°C.
