Safety-vented wash bottles are designed to ensure compliance with the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS) and OSHA's HazCom 2012 requirements regarding workplace labels. Each bottle is pre-printed with essential information including the chemical name, formula, GHS pictogram, signal word, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Section 704 four-color diamond, health hazards, Chemical Abstract System (CAS) number, and suggested protective clothing and equipment. The unique valve design prevents pressure build-up, thereby eliminating potentially dangerous chemical drips and allowing for dispensing in both upright and inverted positions. These bottles feature a wide mouth (53mm or 2 inches) for easy refilling and are made from translucent LDPE, with sodium hypochlorite stored in white LDPE for light protection between 230 and 450nm, and toluene in a red LDPE bottle. Color-coded polypropylene closures facilitate quick identification. The package includes 500ml bottles (4 per bag) and 1000ml bottles (2 per bag), with an assortment of 4 per bag that comprises one each of acetone, isopropanol, bleach, and ethanol.
