Digital thermometers are designed to verify sample temperatures in freezers, refrigerators, incubators, and ovens, providing accurate readings without sample contamination through the use of a filled bottle (included), which replicates the sample environment. Each model is accompanied by accredited calibration documentation that complies with ISO 17025 standards and has undergone testing and calibration in H-B's exclusive triple accredited/registered ISO/IEC 17025:2017, A2LA accredited laboratory (Cert #2448.01), ensuring traceability to NIST for the calibration equipment. The kit includes multi-language instructions available in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish, and each thermometer is individually serialized and CE marked. It is important to note that plastic bottles listed in the specifications are not suitable for use in ovens, while the glass bottle and cap should not be exposed to conditions where temperatures may exceed 200°C.
