These mercury-free thermometers are traceable to NIST and cover temperature ranges from -90 to 25°C or -130 to 80°F, allowing for the verification of sample temperatures in freezers and ultra-low freezers. Accurate temperature readings without sample contamination are achieved by using the included filled bottle, which mimics the sample. The thermometer can be inserted into the bottle and positioned near the samples for optimal results. Each thermometer contains organic liquid or EnviroKleen™ certified Enviro-Safe® liquid, features permanently fused markings, and is made of lead-free glass. Select thermometers come with a PFA coating that safely contains glass and liquid in the event of breakage. They are manufactured and tested by our USA quality team and are individually serialized. The kit includes a multi-language statement of accuracy and traceability in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish. For those requiring individual thermometer calibration reports, factory-calibrated thermometers or custom calibration services are available.
