Digital thermometers are designed to verify sample temperatures in freezers, refrigerators, incubators, and ovens, providing accurate temperature readings without sample contamination through the use of the included filled bottle, which simulates the sample. Each model comes with accredited calibration documentation that complies with ISO 17025 standards, having been tested and calibrated in H-B's exclusive triple accredited/registered ISO/IEC 17025:2017 laboratory (Cert #2448.01), with calibration traceable to NIST standards. The kit includes multi-language instructions available in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish, with each thermometer being individually serialized and CE marked. It is important to note that plastic bottles indicated in the specifications cannot be used in ovens, and glass bottles and caps included with certain products should not be subjected to temperatures exceeding 200°C.
