The digital stem thermometers are designed for a variety of applications including field studies, wet lab environments, wash down areas, food testing, and tanks. These thermometers can accurately read temperatures in liquids, semi-solids, and gases, featuring probes ranging from 3" to 7.75" to easily access cuvettes, test tubes, flasks, beakers, and more. A blunt tip probe is tailored for veterinary practices, farms, and ranches, while a surface probe is suited for cooking, laboratories, and hot plates (note that the surface probe does not include a probe cover). Key features of these thermometers include minimum/maximum temperature readings, alarms, data hold capabilities, and water resistance. Each model comes with accredited calibration documentation compliant with ISO 17025 standards, having been tested in H-B's ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited laboratory (Cert #2448.01) with traceability to NIST. Additionally, the package includes multi-language instructions in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish, and all units are individually serialized and CE marked. It is important to note that these electronic stem thermometers are not suitable for measuring the temperature of solid items, such as frozen products.
