These mercury-free thermometers cover a temperature range from 5 to 15°C and are calibrated at one or two specific temperatures, making them suitable for verifying sample temperatures in refrigerators to ensure accurate readings without sample contamination. The kit includes a filled bottle that mimics the sample, and the PFA coated thermometer features glass and liquid, with the liquid being either organic or certified EnviroKleen™ Enviro-Safe®. The thermometers have permanently fused markings and are made of lead-free glass. Additionally, each thermometer comes with an individual calibration report that provides corrections to one-tenth of the smallest division, a unique report number, and the NIST standards used for calibration. They are individually serialized and manufactured in the USA.
