These mercury-free thermometers are traceable to NIST and cover ranges from 10 to 50°C or 60 to 120°F, allowing for the verification of sample temperature in incubators. They provide accurate temperature readings without sample contamination by using the included filled bottle, which mimics the sample. To achieve the best results, the thermometer should be inserted into the bottle and placed near the samples. The thermometers contain organic liquid or EnviroKleen™ certified Enviro-Safe® liquid, feature permanently fused markings, and are constructed from lead-free glass. Select thermometers have a PFA coating that safely contains glass and liquid in the event of breakage. Each thermometer is manufactured and tested by our USA quality team and is individually serialized. The kit includes a multi-language statement of accuracy and traceability in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish. Additionally, if required, individual thermometer calibration reports, factory calibrated thermometers, or custom calibration services are available.
