The kit is designed to fit five sizes of tubing, allowing for connection of the same size tubing on both ends or functioning as a reducer for any combination within the specified range. The inside diameter increases with notch size when the unneeded length is cut off, ensuring unrestricted flow. It is made from molded polypropylene and is steam autoclavable at 121°C (250°F). The ring diameters included in the kit are 14mm, 12.5mm, 11mm, 9.5mm, and 7.9mm.
