This hydrometer set consists of eight Durac® specific gravity/relative density (g/cm) plain form hydrometers designed for measuring the specific gravity of heavy and light liquids in various ranges from 0.700 to 2.000. It also includes one Enviro-Safe® total immersion thermometer to reference liquid temperature for accurate hydrometer readings. Commonly used in industries such as food and beverage, chemical, pharmacology, transportation, and refrigeration, the hydrometers measure 300mm (12") in length and are made with lead-free ballast and glass. The temperature standardization is set at 60°F (15°C), and the thermometer, also 300mm (12") long, is constructed of lead-free glass and contains green EnviroKleen™ certified, environmentally friendly liquid fill. All units are individually serialized and packaged in a deluxe storage case, undergoing thorough hand inspection by our U.S. quality team. The package includes a multi-language statement of accuracy in English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish, indicating accuracy traceable to NIST.
