The R4000SD is a sophisticated data logging vane thermo-anemometer designed for measuring air velocity (FPM, m/s, KPH, MPH, and knots) and air temperature, featuring a built-in contact thermometer. This device includes automatic temperature compensation, a thermistor sensor for fast air temperature readings, and a low friction ball-bearing rotating vane probe that ensures high accuracy. The instrument allows users to manually record up to 99 readings or to automatically log data by selecting a desired sampling rate from 1 to 3600 seconds, utilizing an SD card with a maximum capacity of 16GB. The easy-to-read backlit LCD display includes data hold and max/min functions, while the low battery indicator and auto shut-off feature enhance usability. Optional accessories such as a tripod and AC adapter facilitate continuous long-term monitoring.
