The Koch Multi-Pleat XL10 is a medium efficiency extended surface pleated panel filter designed to deliver higher initial efficiencies and superior performance compared to MERV 8 pleated filters. It boasts a MERV 10 efficiency rating when tested according to ASHRAE test standard 52.2-2017, making it an excellent upgrade from disposable filters and standard MERV 6, 7, and 8 pleated filters. This filter is particularly well-suited for applications such as hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceutical environments, and commercial office buildings, where it contributes to improved indoor air quality and prolongs the lifespan of higher efficiency final filters.
