The Koch Multi-Pleat XL10 is a medium efficiency extended surface pleated panel filter designed to deliver higher initial efficiencies and overall superior performance compared to MERV 8 pleated filters. It has a MERV 10 efficiency rating when tested according to ASHRAE Test Standard 52.2-2017, making it an excellent upgrade from disposable filters and standard MERV 6, 7, and 8 pleated filters. The Multi-Pleat XL10 is suitable for applications such as hospitals, laboratories, pharmaceutical environments, and commercial office buildings where improved indoor air quality and extended final filter life are desired. The high capacity XL10-HC filters share the same construction as the standard capacity version but include approximately 30% more media, providing extended filter life and making them ideal for filtration systems where filter change schedules are based on recommended final pressure drop readings.
