Tyvek® 400 garments are made from flash spun high-density polyethylene, creating a unique nonwoven material exclusive to DuPont. This fabric offers an ideal balance of protection, durability, and comfort, making it one of the best options in limited-use fabric technology. Tyvek® 400 fabric provides an inherent barrier against particles down to 1.0 micron in size, with protection built directly into the fabric, eliminating the risk of abrasion or wear from films or laminates. Its durability outperforms microporous film fabrics, ensuring consistently superior barrier performance even after extended use and abrasion. These garments are suitable for applications such as lead and asbestos abatement/remediation, general maintenance and operations, spray painting, and general clean-up. The inseam length of the garments is 30-1/2 inches, ensuring a comfortable fit for various tasks.
