Tyvek® 400 garments are composed of flash spun high density polyethylene, creating a unique nonwoven material available only from DuPont. This fabric offers an ideal balance of protection, durability, and comfort among limited-use fabric technologies. Tyvek® 400 provides an inherent barrier against particles down to 1.0 micron in size, with protection built directly into the fabric, eliminating the risk of abrasion or wear from films or laminates. Its durability advantage over microporous film fabrics ensures consistently better barrier performance, even after wear and abrasion. The garments are suitable for applications such as lead and asbestos abatement/remediation, general maintenance and operations, spray painting, and general clean-up. The inseam length for the garments is 32-1/2 inches.
