The pliers feature bent jaws and double knife-edge side-cutters, and are engineered with nylon 11 injection molded to ensure maximum personal protection. They exceed international standards including IEC 60900:2012 and ASTM F1505, are rated for "live line" applications up to 1,000 volts, and are virtually indestructible with cut, abrasion, and impact resistance. The tools can withstand temperature extremes ranging from -40° F to 158° F (-40° C to 70° C) and meet stringent requirements for CAT InCH - cold impact rating.
