The kit includes a 17-200-13 air duct/head harness assembly paired with a 17-713 Tychem 4000 full hood featuring sealed seams, as well as a 04-831 breathing tube and a 03-601 HX5 PAPR assembly. It offers a face seal option that allows access to the ears for easy use with stethoscopes and features moveable lens and air duct positioning to accommodate various facial features, optical aids, and loupes. This system has an Assigned Protection Factor (APF) of 1000+ and provides multiple Tychem hood styles. A Tychem® breathing tube cover is available to enhance the life and cleanability of the breathing tube. The large viewing window enables exceptional downward and peripheral vision, facilitating both verbal and non-verbal communication. Optional peel-off lenses are available to protect the visor lens, while the deconable head suspension system and disposable hood provide added convenience. The breathing tube connects easily to the respirator and swivels to prevent tangling, with its centralized location ensuring even weight distribution. Additionally, the customizable head suspension system features an adjustable ratchet at the back and over-the-head straps for a secure, individualized fit. All parts can be purchased individually for straightforward maintenance and servicing.
