The kit includes a 17-200-12 air duct/head harness assembly with a 17-712 Tychem 2000 hood, a 04-831 breathing tube, and a 03-603 HX5 backpack PAPR assembly. It features a face seal option that allows access to ears for easy use with stethoscopes, moveable lens and air duct positioning to accommodate various facial features, optical aids, and loupes, and an assigned protection factor (APF) of 1000+. Multiple Tychem hood styles are available, and a Tychem® breathing tube cover can extend the life and cleanability of the breathing tube. The large viewing window provides exceptional downward and peripheral vision, facilitating both verbal and non-verbal communication. Optional peel-off lenses are available to protect the visor lens, while the deconable head suspension system and disposable hood enhance usability. The breathing tube easily attaches to the respirator and swivels to prevent tangling, with a centralized location ensuring even weight distribution. The customizable head suspension system features an adjustable ratchet at the back and over-the-head straps for a secure, individualized fit. Additionally, all parts can be purchased individually for easy maintenance and servicing.
