The loose fitted respirator is designed for use without fit testing, accommodating facial hair and glasses while maintaining safety. It features a fixed lens frame that prevents contact with the nose or optical aids, and an APF 1000+ airflow system that is fully adjustable using an air deflector system to enhance personal comfort and reduce fogging. The large viewing window provides exceptional downward and peripheral vision, facilitating both verbal and non-verbal communication. The respirator includes optional peel-off lenses to protect the visor lens and enhance visibility. It is equipped with a soft, breathable inner bib and a long tuck-in collar for added protection and air flow in the upper body. The deconable head suspension system and disposable hood contribute to convenience, while a padded interior with an adjustable ratchet system ensures a customized fit that accommodates user movement and improves comfort. The optional Comfort-Link™ system enhances stability and comfort through optimum weight distribution. The breathing tube connects easily to the respirator and swivels to prevent tangling, with its centralized location promoting even weight distribution. Two cape materials are available: DuPont™ Tychem™ 2000 and DuPont™ Tychem™ 4000, along with a Tychem™ breathing tube cover for improved durability and cleanability. Users can choose between a bump cap or ANSI Z89.1 hard hat protection (EN397). Made in the USA, this respirator is suitable for various industries including welding, grinding, concrete cutting, general dust, woodworking, and healthcare applications such as patient care, laboratory environments, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. The kit includes a 17-010 T-Link hard hat assembly with a 17-712 Tychem 2000 hood, an 04-831 breathing tube, and a 03-601 HX5 PAPR assembly.
