The Loose Fitted Respirator is designed for safety without the need for fit testing, accommodating facial hair and glasses while ensuring optimal protection. It features a fixed lens frame that prevents contact with the nose or optical aids, and an APF of 1000+ with fully adjustable airflow via an air deflector system to suit personal preferences and reduce fogging. The respirator allows for excellent downward and peripheral vision through a large viewing window, facilitating both verbal and non-verbal communication. For convenience, optional peel-off lenses can protect the visor lens and enhance visibility. The soft, breathable inner-bib and long tuck-in collar provide additional protection and airflow, while a deconable head suspension system and disposable hood improve maintenance. The padded interior with an adjustable ratchet system offers a customized fit that enhances mobility and comfort. An optional Comfort-Link™ system further increases comfort and stability through optimal weight distribution. The breathing tube can be easily attached and swivels to prevent tangles, with a centralized location for even weight distribution. Available cape materials include DuPont™ Tychem® 2000 and Tychem® 4000, and a Tychem® breathing tube cover is offered for improved longevity and cleanliness. Users can choose between bump cap or ANSI Z89.1 hard hat protection (EN397). Manufactured in the USA, this respirator is suitable for various industries, including welding, grinding, concrete cutting, general dust, woodworking, healthcare, laboratory environments, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. The kit includes a 17-110 T-Link bump cap assembly with a 17-712 Tychem 2000 hood, an 04-831 breathing tube, and a 03-601 HX5 PAPR assembly.
