The loose fitted respirator requires no fit testing and accommodates facial hair and glasses without compromising safety. It features a fixed lens frame that prevents the lens from hitting the nose or optical aids in use. The APF 1000+ airflow is fully adjustable with the air deflector system, allowing personalization and reducing fogging. All components can be purchased individually for easy maintenance. The large viewing window provides exceptional downward and peripheral vision, facilitating both verbal and non-verbal communication. Optional peel-off lenses can protect the visor lens and quickly clear the view. It includes a soft, breathable inner-bib and a long tuck-in collar for extra protection and airflow. The deconable head suspension system and disposable hood enhance cleanliness. With a padded interior and an adjustable ratchet system, it ensures a customized fit that supports user movement and comfort. The optional Comfort-Link™ system offers additional stability and optimal weight distribution. The breathing tube attaches easily to the respirator and swivels to prevent tangling, with a centralized location for even weight distribution. Two cape materials are available: DuPont™ Tychem® 2000 and DuPont™ Tychem® 4000, along with a Tychem® breathing tube cover to extend the life and improve cleanliness of the breathing tube. Users have the option of a bump cap or ANSI Z89.1 hard hat protection (EN397). The product is made in the USA and is suitable for various industries, including welding, grinding, concrete cutting, general dust, woodworking, and healthcare environments such as patient care, laboratories, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. The kit includes the 17-110 T-Link bump cap assembly, 17-713 Tychem 4000 hood, 04-831 breathing tube, and 03-601 HX5 PAPR assembly.
