The Loose Fitted Respirator provides a no fit testing option that accommodates facial hair and glasses without compromising safety. It features a fixed lens frame to prevent the lens from hitting the nose or optical aids. With an Assigned Protection Factor (APF) of 1000+, the airflow is fully adjustable via an air deflector system, allowing users to tailor it to their preferences and minimize fogging. The respirator has a large viewing window for exceptional downward and peripheral vision, facilitating both verbal and non-verbal communication. Optional peel-off lenses are available to protect the visor lens and quickly clear the field of view. It includes a soft, breathable inner-bib and a long tuck-in collar for added protection and upper body airflow. The deconable head suspension system and disposable hood enhance usability, while a padded interior with an adjustable ratchet system ensures a customized fit that supports user movement and increases comfort. The optional Comfort-Link™ system offers additional comfort and stability with optimal weight distribution. The breathing tube easily attaches and swivels to prevent tangles, with a centralized location for even weight distribution. Users can choose from two cape materials: DuPont™ Tychem® 2000 and DuPont™ Tychem® 4000. A Tychem® breathing tube cover is also available to extend the life and cleanability of the tube. Additionally, users can opt for bump cap or ANSI Z89.1 hard hat protection (EN397). This product is made in the USA and is suitable for industries such as welding, grinding, concrete cutting, general dust, woodworking, and healthcare including patient care, laboratory environments, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. The kit includes a 17-010 T-Link hard hat assembly with a 17-713 Tychem 4000 hood, a 04-831 breathing tube, and a 03-603 HX5 backpack PAPR assembly.
