The Loose Fitted Respirator is designed for use without fit testing, accommodating individuals with facial hair and glasses while maintaining safety standards. It features an Assigned Protection Factor (APF) of 1000+, and includes a choice of five anti-fog and scratch-resistant ANSI Z87+ (EN166) lenses: premium clear, green tint (shade 5), yellow, black, and mirror tint. The tear-off lens system ensures a consistently clear field of view, while the airflow is fully adjustable through the air deflector system, allowing customization to prevent fogging and provide cooling. The respirator includes a fixed jaw for secure cape attachment, and all components are available for individual purchase, facilitating easy maintenance and servicing. It complies with ANSI Z89.1 (EN397) for head protection, allowing for easy communication through visor hinges that open for interaction outside of respiratory hazards. The padded interior features an adjustable ratchet system, and the respirator is compatible with the RPB Comms-Link™ in-helmet communication system. Options include the Vision-Link™ light, Tychem® or Zytec® capes, and multiple breathing tube covers to extend the life of the breathing tube. Additional radiant heat options and welding visors are available to enhance the versatility of the Z-Link. The deconable head suspension system and disposable hood contribute to its practical application. Made in the USA, the respirator is suitable for various industries including welding, grinding, concrete cutting, general dust, woodworking, healthcare such as patient care, laboratory environments, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. The kit includes the 16-110-12 Z-Link with a 16-712 Tychem 2000 face seal, a 16-810 safety lens, a 04-831 breathing tube, and a 03-601 HX5 PAPR assembly.
