The Loose Fitted Respirator is designed for use without fit testing, allowing for the use of facial hair and glasses without compromising safety, achieving an Assigned Protection Factor (APF) of 1000+. It offers a choice of five anti-fog and scratch-resistant ANSI Z87+ (EN166) lenses: premium clear, green tint (shade 5), yellow, black, and mirror tint, along with a tear-off lens system for maintaining a clear field of view. The air flow is fully adjustable via the air deflector system to accommodate personal preferences and prevent fogging, while the air supply circulates throughout the head top to provide cooling. The fixed jaw ensures a secure attachment for the cape, and all parts are available for individual purchase to facilitate easy maintenance and servicing. The head protection is ANSI Z89.1 certified (EN397) and features visor hinges that allow for easy communication with teams when outside respiratory hazards. Additionally, the padded interior includes an adjustable ratchet system, and it is compatible with the RPB Comms-Link™ in-helmet communication system. The kit includes the 16-010-21 Z-Link with a 16-721 Zytec FR shoulder cape, a 16-810 safety lens, an 04-831 breathing tube, and a 03-601-FR HX5 PAPR assembly with a 03-891 spark arrestor. Optional features include Vision-Link™ light, Tychem® or Zytec® cape options, various breathing tube covers, radiant heat options, welding visors, and a deconable head suspension system with a disposable hood. This respirator is suitable for industries such as welding, grinding, concrete cutting, general dust management, woodworking, healthcare including patient care, laboratory environments, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
