The loose fitted respirator is designed for use without fit testing, allowing for facial hair and glasses without compromising safety, featuring an Assigned Protection Factor (APF) of 1000+. It includes a choice of five anti-fog and scratch-resistant ANSI Z87+ (EN166) lenses: premium clear, green tint (shade 5), yellow, black, and mirror tint. The system incorporates a tear-off lens system to maintain a clear field of view. Airflow is fully adjustable thanks to the air deflector system, helping to prevent fogging while circulating air throughout the head top to provide cooling. The fixed jaw ensures secure cape attachment, and all parts can be purchased individually for ease of maintenance and servicing. It meets ANSI Z89.1 certification for head protection (EN397) and features visor hinges that open for easy communication outside of respiratory hazards. The padded interior comes with an adjustable ratchet system and is compatible with the RPB Comms-Link™ in-helmet communication system. Additionally, the Vision-Link™ light option and Tychem® or Zytec® cape options are available along with multiple breathing tube covers to prolong the life of the breathing tube. Radiant heat options and welding visors are also available to enhance the unit's capabilities. The deconable head suspension system includes a disposable hood and the product is proudly made in the USA. It is suitable for industries such as welding, grinding, concrete cutting, general dust, wood working, and healthcare, including patient care, laboratory environments, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. The kit includes the 16-010-11 Z-Link with 16-711 Zytec FR face seal, 16-810 safety lens, 04-831 breathing tube, and 03-601-FR HX5 PAPR assembly with 03-891 spark arrestor.
